Wiring step

1.Preparatory work:

*Make sure all the required materials are complete, including limit switches, wires, insulating tape, etc.

*Clarify the connection relationship among the power supply, load and switch.

2.Connect the power supply:

*Connect the power supply wire to the "power" terminal of the limit switch. Limit switches usually have clear markings to distinguish different terminals.

*Make sure the power supply wires are securely connected and fixed, and use insulating tape to secure them to prevent loosening or short circuits.

3.Connection load:

*Connect the load wire to the "load" terminal of the limit switch, ensuring that the connection of the load wire is correct and firm to avoid short circuits between the power supply and the load.

4.Functional test:

*After the wiring is completed, conduct a switch function test to ensure that the limit switch is working properly. You can determine whether the wiring is correct by operating the switch and observing the working status of the load.

Precautions

*During the wiring process, it is essential to strictly adhere to electrical safety regulations and ensure that the power supply is turned off to prevent electric shock accidents.

*Make sure the connection of the wires is firm to avoid poor contact or short circuit due to looseness.

*When installing the limit switch, check whether the stop iron can collide with the limit switch when it reaches the position. It is strictly forbidden to collide with the middle of the limit switch or any other part.

By following the above steps, you can correctly wire the limit switch to ensure its normal operation.
