The pull cord switch is divided into manual reset and automatic reset, which need to reach the IP level stipulated by the state.
Automatic reset: After the action can be automatically returned to the initial position, but may cause error start.
Manual reset: The self-locking device can remain in the operating position after the action, and the reset handle can be manually operated to return it to the initial position.

Pull cord switch principle:
The pull cord switch is composed of a pull rod, a reset handle, a CAM, a lock slot and a microswitch.
The pull cord switch is installed on the frame on both sides of the belt conveyor, and the switch is connected with the wire rope along both sides of the conveyor. When the conveyor belt equipment has an emergency, pull the wire rope at any place along the site, the wire rope pulls the driving arm to rotate, the torque spring is driven by the drive shaft to displace the precision CAM, and the micro-switch is driven to cut off the control line, so that the conveyor stops running.
Pull cord switch scope of application:
Pull cord switch is a switch type sensor (that is, contactless travel switch), mainly used in conventional belt conveyor, shuttle conveyor, skirt type feed conveyor, bucket elevator, packaging production line, stacking/taking system, crane, excavator, ship loading and unloading system, horizontal feeder and other equipment on-site emergency stop a protective device. When an emergency occurs, pull the rope switch at any place along the site, can send a stop signal, to achieve the protection of the human body and equipment.
