Jiangxi Nanma Electrical Co., Ltd. launches the D4V-8108Z, a new adjustable roller lever limit switch. This mechanical limit switch delivers flexible-stroke position detection when cam dimensions require on-site adjustment.
This new travel limit switch allows trigger‑point tuning without modifying mounting brackets for variable‑stroke automation applications.
Design & Field Performance
This adjustable roller lever limit switch features a slotted metal arm with end‑mounted roller. Operators loosen the clamping screw, slide the arm to match cam or dog dimensions and lock firmly for on‑site tuning. Its narrow vertical housing adopts bottom cable entry, well‑suited for equipment frames with limited rear installation space.
Supporting both AC control circuits and DC logic inputs, this mechanical limit switch provides separate N.C. and N.O. contacts with different inrush‑current ratings. It delivers a minimum of 500,000 electrical operations with IP65 rating. The unit carries CE, CB, CCC, CQC and RoHS certifications. It senses position; it is not a mechanical hard stop.
Target Applications
The adjustable roller lever limit switch carries out position‑monitoring tasks for conveyors, packaging machinery, CNC machine tools, automated assembly lines and warehouse stackers. It detects stroke endpoints and intermediate stop positions, and supplies position feedback for machine safety guards. This travel limit switch works with both new and retrofitted automation systems. On‑site adjustable lever reduces the need for multiple fixed‑lever spare‑part options.
