Product Introduction:

The LXW20-11M stepped magnetic blow-out micro switch features a segmented, full rubber-covered plunger for actuation.The step design limits the plunger's pressing travel and stops over-pressing from damaging internal springs. Simply push the black rubber plunger straight down to switch between NO and NC circuits. The rubber cover cushions impact, lowers working noise, and keeps dust and liquid out of the switch.

The LXW20-11M stepped magnetic blow-out micro switch thick blue flame-retardant plastic body is integrally molded, with great heat resistance, insulation and anti-aging performance. The sealed inner cavity blocks dust and moisture, so it works reliably for elevators, household appliances and workshop machinery.

Inside are premium silver alloy contacts plus a dedicated magnetic blow-out arc extinguishing part. When breaking 380V high voltage current, the built-in magnet generates a magnetic field to blow away electric arcs instantly. This avoids arc burn & contact welding and greatly extends service life under heavy load.

Two standard mounting holes sit on both ends, with sturdy metal side terminals marked clearly for easy NO/NC wiring.

Thanks to magnetic arc suppression, this switch handles high voltage far better than regular micro switches. Silver contacts resist oxidation and endure over one million on-off cycles with steady contact performance.The stepped plunger with travel limit fits machinery that needs controlled pressing depth.
