Product Introduction:

NMCSK1-44 4-Pole Magnetic Blow-out Switch is equipped with stainless steel four-roller linked rocker transmission.Its integrated connecting rod makes four rollers bear force evenly. When external limit stoppers push rollers sideways, four inner contacts open and close synchronously.

The sturdy metal support is shockproof and anti-fatigue, ideal for long-term high-frequency repeated impact triggering on industrial machinery.The whole switch is integrally injection molded from transparent green flame-retardant PC. The housing is heat resistant, flame retardant and highly insulated.The clear shell lets users directly check the open/close status of inner silver contacts for quick on-site maintenance and fault checking. Besides, it stops dust and splashed oil from going inside to protect internal contacts.

This switch includes four independent sets of silver alloy contacts and separate magnetic blow-out arc extinguishing chambers. Once contacts separate, the built-in permanent magnet produces magnetic field to extinguish arc instantly. It avoids contact welding and abrasion fundamentally and greatly extends service life under heavy load.

Standard pre-punched mounting holes are reserved on the switch base. Four groups of partitioned terminals are arranged orderly for easy wiring, and cables stay fastened without loosening after installation.

With proven magnetic blow-out technology and 4-circuit synchronous control, one single mechanical trigger controls four circuits at the same time to satisfy multi-channel interlock protection of equipment.High-purity silver contacts resist oxidation and support millions of switching cycles, keeping stable contact resistance during long service.

Precautions for Use:
Do not forcibly pull or press the four-roller linkage to prevent deformation and misalignment of the metal transmission bracket. Prioritize gentle lateral pressure on the rollers to trigger the action. Connect the four sets of terminals separately and correctly to prevent incorrect wiring and short circuits. The load must not exceed the rated parameters of AC380V 10A or DC220V 5A to avoid overload, overheating, and burnout of the contacts.
Tighten the screws with moderate force to prevent the transparent PC casing from cracking under pressure. Do not immerse in standing water or in environments with strong acids or alkalis for extended periods.
