Product Introduction:

The NMCSK1-22 double magnetic blow-out switch features a dual-roller linked stainless steel rocker lever transmission assembly. The integrated linkage structure ensures synchronized force on both rollers. An external limit stop block laterally presses against the rollers, simultaneously driving the two sets of internal contacts to complete the on/off switching.

The metal transmission bracket is rigid, impact-resistant, and fatigue-resistant, making it suitable for long-term, high-frequency reciprocating impact triggering in industrial equipment.

The entire unit is constructed from high-transparency, green, flame-retardant PC. Made of one-piece injection molding material, the shell is high temperature resistant, flame retardant, and has excellent insulation properties.

The transparent design allows for direct observation of the opening and closing status of the internal silver contacts, facilitating on-site troubleshooting and maintenance. It also prevents dust and splashing oil from entering the cavity, effectively protecting the internal components.

The switch has two sets of independent silver alloy moving and stationary contacts and a separate magnetic blowout arc extinguishing cavity. At the moment of contact breakage, the built-in permanent magnet generates a magnetic field to quickly break the arc, preventing arc adhesion and contact erosion from the source, significantly improving the product's durability under heavy-load electrical environments.

The body has pre-drilled standard mounting holes, and the dual-group zoned wiring terminals are neatly arranged, making wiring operations convenient and preventing loosening or disconnection after tightening. The product utilizes mature magnetic blowout arc extinguishing technology combined with a dual-loop synchronous control design.

A single mechanical trigger can simultaneously control two electrical circuits, meeting the dual-circuit interlocking protection requirements of equipment. The high-purity silver contacts are oxidation-resistant and can withstand millions of repeated switching cycles, maintaining stable contact resistance over long-term use. The transparent flame-retardant shell combines electrical safety with the advantage of visual maintenance. The compact body is suitable for narrow installation cavities, and the dual roller levers are compatible with various cam and limit block triggering structures.
