Product Introduction:

The CSK-44 magnetic blowout four-gang switch is equipped with four independent roller linkage stainless steel lever transmission components and an integrated linkage rocker structure. The external limit block presses against the rollers to synchronously drive the four internal contacts to open and close simultaneously. The multi-layer metal transmission bracket structure is stable, impact-resistant, and wear-resistant, and can be adapted to long-term high-frequency reciprocating impact triggering in industrial equipment. The entire shell is made of thickened blue flame-retardant engineering plastic through one-piece injection molding, which is high-temperature resistant, flame-retardant, insulating, and drop-resistant, effectively preventing dust and oil from entering the switch cavity, making it suitable for harsh workshop conditions with heavy dust and oil. The switch has four independent silver alloy moving and stationary contacts and a separate magnetic blowout arc extinguishing device. The arc is quickly broken by the magnetic field generated by the built-in permanent magnet at the moment of contact breakage, effectively avoiding arc adhesion and contact erosion, and significantly extending the service life of the switch under heavy load conditions. The base has reserved standard mounting holes of multiple specifications, which can be firmly locked with screws.
