Product Introduction:

The CSK-11 magnetic blow-out switch features a wear-resistant metal roller lever drive assembly and a roller-linked rocker-type transmission structure. Mechanical lateral pressure quickly drives the internal contacts to switch on and off. The transmission structure is robust and impact-resistant, suitable for frequent impact-induced triggering in industrial equipment.

The outer shell is made of blue high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic through one-piece injection molding. It is flame-retardant, temperature-resistant, insulating, anti-aging, and impact-resistant, isolating external oil and dust, and suitable for harsh industrial conditions. The switch has a built-in magnetic blow-out arc-extinguishing cavity and high-purity silver alloy moving and stationary contacts.

The magnetic blow-out magnetic field quickly breaks the arc, significantly reducing contact arc erosion and effectively extending service life under high-current conditions. The terminals adopt a stable wiring structure, ensuring secure wiring that is not easily loosened. The mounting base has pre-drilled standard fixing holes for quick screw mounting to the equipment frame. The product features exclusive magnetic blowout arc extinguishing technology, which uses magnetic force to disperse the electric arc at the moment of disconnection, preventing arc adhesion and burning.

The silver contacts are oxidation-resistant and resistant to repeated switching, making them suitable for heavy-duty electrical circuits. The flame-retardant insulating shell is dustproof and oil-proof, allowing stable operation in dusty or slightly oily workshop environments. The roller lever is compatible with cam and stop block limit triggering, offering flexible installation options.
