The DQ8-1 has joined the CHNANMA range: a pin-terminal, wire-mounted metal indicator light with a full metal housing, IP65 sealing and five lens colors. It targets panel-mounted devices that work in damp areas, dusty workshops and outdoor cabinets, where an industrial signal lamp has to keep giving a clear reading over years of service.
What the DQ8-1 brings to a panel
Metal, not molded plastic. The housing is nickel-plated brass, so this industrial indicator light holds its shape and finish through wiping, minor knocks and rough on-site conditions.
IP65 sealing. Dust-tight, and protected against water spray from any direction. One caveat: if you are looking for a waterproof LED indicator, IP65 gives you spray-level protection, and the lamp is not designed for full immersion.
A built-in LED. This industrial indicator light uses low-power LED chips running within the rated electrical parameters. There is no separate bulb to replace.
Five lens colors. Red, green, yellow, blue and white, so one industrial indicator light series can cover most machine status indication needs.
Pin terminal connection. As a wire-mounted unit, this metal indicator light terminates on pin terminals, which keeps wiring straightforward.
Threaded mounting. A threaded body and lock nut fit a standard 8 mm panel cut-out, the same installation pattern as other common panel indicator lights.
Where an industrial signal lamp pays for itself
An industrial signal lamp earns its keep over years, not weeks. The DQ8-1 is built for automation equipment, elevators, yachts, construction machinery and charging piles. A metal indicator light is not the answer for every panel, but it is a sound one where a plastic pilot light has discolored, cracked or stopped sealing.
Choosing the lens color
Most maintenance teams keep to general conventions when they pick an industrial indicator light: red for faults or alarms, green for normal operation, yellow for warnings or standby, blue for a custom function, white for power-on indication. Buying several colors in one order keeps the signal language on a cabinet consistent.
