Working principle:
The external mechanical force acts on the action reed through the transmission element (press the pin, button, lever, roller, etc.), and generates an instantaneous action when the action reed is displaced to the critical point, so that the moving contact at the end of the action reed is quickly connected or disconnected from the fixed contact.
When the force on the transmission element is removed, the action reed produces reverse action force, and when the reverse stroke of the transmission element reaches the action critical point of the reed, the reverse action is completed instantaneously.
The microswitch has small contact spacing, short action stroke, small press power and quick on-off. The operating speed of the moving contact has nothing to do with the operating speed of the transmission element.
Switch classification:
There are many kinds of microswitches, and there are hundreds of internal structures, which are divided into ordinary type, small and ultra-small according to volume; According to the protection performance, there are waterproof, dustproof, explosion-proof type; According to the breaking form, there are single link type, double link type and multiple link type.
There is also a strong disconnect micro switch (when the reed of the switch does not work, external force can also make the switch off); According to the breaking capacity, there are ordinary type, DC type, micro current type, large current type.
According to the use of environment, there are ordinary type, high temperature resistant type (250℃), ultra-high temperature resistant ceramic type (400℃)
Microswitches generally take no auxiliary pressing accessories as the basic type, and derive small stroke type and large stroke type. Different auxiliary press accessories can be added according to the needs, according to the different press auxiliary switch can be divided into button type, reed roller type, lever roller type, short boom type, long boom type and other forms.
