Product Introduction:

The LXW20-11 stepped micro switch uses a fully encapsulated rubber plunger with a limiting step as the trigger head. The raised step limits the maximum depth of plunger compression, effectively preventing excessive pressure from the mechanical impact block on the internal spring and extending the switch's lifespan. Vertically pressing the black rubber plunger quickly switches between normally open and normally closed circuits. The outer rubber layer acts as a buffer, reducing noise and preventing dust and water ingress. The entire casing is made of blue flame-retardant plastic through a single injection molding process. It is flame-retardant, high-temperature resistant, insulating, and anti-aging. The sealed cavity prevents dust and moisture from entering, making it suitable for common applications in home appliances, light industrial equipment, and small industrial control systems. The switch is equipped with high-purity silver alloy moving and stationary contacts, offering excellent conductivity, oxidation resistance, and wear resistance. It can withstand hundreds of thousands of frequent switching cycles and is unlikely to experience poor contact over long-term use. Standard mounting holes are provided at both ends of the switch, and the side metal terminals are clearly marked, ensuring secure wiring and easy differentiation between normally open and normally closed circuits. This stepped plunger is compatible with top-pressing mechanisms that require limited travel. Its standardized size allows it to directly replace LXW20 series microswitches of the same specification. Its compact body saves assembly space and is widely used in oven and microwave oven safety door switches, limit switches for small stamping equipment, door interlocks for electrical control cabinets, and position detection and power failure protection for medical devices and small automated equipment.
