Cable Pull Safety Switch SN6170-SL-C-R

The SN6170-SL-C-R is a cable pull safety switch with manual reset for rope pull emergency stop applications. It mounts on the frame of a conveyor or production line, and a rope runs through its metal pull ring along the length of the run. Pull the rope at any workstation and the contacts change state. The switch then stays in the operated position and does not return on its own. This cable pull safety switch keeps the line stopped until someone walks to the unit and presses the blue reset button on the side of the housing. Mechanical reset must be performed directly on-site at the switch housing; it cannot be triggered remotely from the control cabinet.
