As a more practical part in life, the touch switch is the key to our operation and use of instruments and electrical appliances. To make the touch switch really work, it must go through a step, that is, welding. In the process of installing the tact switch, if some novice technicians lack common sense understanding of the tact switch and cause improper operation, the loss of the switch element is still relatively large. In the whole process of testing and welding the touch switch, if the load exceeds the specified value, the switch may be damaged. Therefore, what are the precautions for welding tact switches? When we store the touch switch, try to avoid storing it in a place exposed to sunlight or containing corrosive gas. If it is used in an environment containing corrosive gas, it may cause poor contact and other phenomena. Next, I will give you a detailed explanation of the precautions for welding tact switches.

Touch switch

Note 1. Prevent the flux from flowing around the printed circuit board to the waterproof switch body.

Note 2: The welding conditions should be set according to the actual mass production conditions.

Note three. When soldering, water-soluble flux may cause light-touch corrosion. Please prevent it from trying.

Note 4: The light touch switch with light is directly operated by humans. Please do not use it for mechanical detection.

Note 5. For the hole position method of the printed circuit board equipment, please refer to the recommended scale recorded in the tact switch diagram.

Note 6. Products with equipment screws should be carried out within the specified tightening force to prevent the possibility of thread damage.

Note 7. When using under low voltage conditions (below DC1V), there may be poor contact. When used in this condition, please acknowledge separately.

Note 8. When soldering the terminal, if a load is applied to the terminal, there will be loosening, deformation and deterioration of electrical characteristics due to different conditions. Please pay attention to it during the trial.

Note 9. The welding preheating temperature of the touch switch is generally recommended to be below 100℃, and the temperature in the welding operation should be controlled at 260℃, and the post-welding time should be completed within 3 seconds. If the switch is switched The welding time is too long, and it is easy to cause the terminal foot to be welded through or damaged. Therefore, you should be more careful in the welding time and welding temperature.

Note 10. In the process of repeatedly welding the touch switch, you should stop for three minutes between the first and second operations, let the solder joints of the switch have enough heat dissipation, and then return to normal temperature before proceeding to the second operation. Times welding. Otherwise, continuous welding at high temperature will easily cause the welding feet of the touch switch to be deformed or damaged. Therefore, ensure that the temperature environment is suitable during the welding process.
