The travel limit switch is an electromechanical controlled "position sentinel" with three core functions:
1. Safety protection: Prevent mechanical components from exceeding the set stroke (such as elevator anti-overhead, crane anti-overrun) and avoid equipment damage or safety accidents.
2. Position control: Mark key positions in automation equipment to trigger subsequent actions (such as machine tool tool transposition, conveyor belt positioning).
3. Forced disconnection: Built-in forced disconnection mechanism, the normally closed contact can forcefully disconnect the circuit when mechanically triggered, meeting the redundant design requirements of the safety circuit
