A Mechanical Limit Switch is a type of control device that is used to determine the position of a moving object or machine. It is a simple device that consists of a lever arm or roller that is pushed or pulled by the moving object. When the object reaches a specific position, it applies force to the lever or roller, which activates a mechanical switch.

The switch has two contacts, which are normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC). When the lever or roller is activated, the contacts change state, either closing (NO) or opening (NC). This change in state can be used to control other devices or machinery.

Normal working and installation conditions:

1. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.

2. The upper limit of ambient air temperature shall not exceed + 40 ℃; The lower limit shall not be lower than - 5 ℃ and the average ambient air temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed + 35 ℃.

3. Atmospheric conditions: when the installation site is at the maximum temperature of + 40 ℃, the relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 50%. Higher relative humidity can be allowed at a lower temperature, such as 90% at 20 ℃. Special measures shall be taken for condensation occasionally caused by temperature change.
