Overview of microswitches
A microswitch is an electronic component used to control circuit switches. It is usually used in lamps, electrical appliances, security equipment, automation equipment and other fields.
Second, micro switch parameters
The parameters of the micro switch include model, size, rated current, rated voltage, contact form, etc., of which model and size are the key factors for selecting the micro switch, and other parameters also need to be selected according to specific needs.
1. Model
The type of microswitch is generally marked on the housing, such as Z15G, Z15GD and other models.
Step 2: Size
The size of the micro switch generally includes three parameters: length, width and height. The specific size needs to be selected according to the use scenario.
3. Rated current
The rated current of the microswitch refers to the maximum current that the microswitch can withstand under normal working conditions. The usual rated current is 3A, 5A, 10A and other different parameters, which need to be selected according to the current size required by the circuit.
4. Rated voltage
The rated voltage of the microswitch refers to the maximum voltage that the microswitch can withstand under normal working conditions. The usual rated voltage is 125VAC, 250VAC, 30VDC and other different parameters, which need to be selected according to the voltage required by the circuit.
5. Contact form
The contact forms of microswitches are generally divided into normally open, normally closed and double-pole three-state forms, which need to be selected according to specific circuit requirements.
