Product Overview

This metal push button switch is panel-mounted via a threaded body and hex nut, featuring a flat round actuator with surrounding ring LED. It integrates a 1NO + 1NC contact set for both normally-open and normally-closed circuits. Momentary models reset upon release, while latching types maintain their set position.

As an illuminated push button switch, it acts as a panel pilot light - the ring LED indicates circuit status without opening the cabinet. Available in red, green, yellow, blue and white ring-light colours, this industrial push button switch product family supports panel cut-out sizes from 12 mm to 30 mm.

Materials and Build

This metal push button switch has an anti-oxidation nickel-plated brass shell for reliable use in damp industrial settings. Its brushed actuator face resists wear. As an illuminated push button switch, it features a V0 flame-retardant base isolating live parts from the shell. Tightening the nut compresses the rubber O-ring against the panel to achieve IP65 sealing.

Applications
This industrial push button switch fits metal control panels on machine tools, packaging and conveyor lines, pump and HVAC cabinets, lift and access control, and outdoor or wash-down equipment. Where an operator has to cut a circuit by hand, wire the NC contact as the stop or halt function. If a panel needs a status light instead of a separate indicator lamp or signal lamp, the ring light does both jobs through one hole.
