Product Introduction

The SS-5TZ03 extra-long straight rod micro switch features an integrated extra-long, flat metal lever. This extra-long lever structure enables long-distance, low-force actuation; a slight touch to the end of the lever triggers the internal orange button to switch contacts. The product uses a black, high-temperature resistant, flame-retardant engineering plastic shell, which is heat-insulating, flame-retardant, aging-resistant, and insulating, effectively isolating potential leakage hazards and providing comprehensive protection for the internal contact components. The switch is equipped with COM, NO, and NC standard three-prong metal pin terminals. The direct-plug pins facilitate PCB board soldering and circuit layout. Internally, it features silver alloy contacts and a spring-loaded quick-acting mechanism, ensuring rapid contact breaking, minimal arcing, and stable and reliable conductivity. The product utilizes a built-in spring-loaded quick-acting structure, and the extra-long swing arm significantly reduces the pressing force required for triggering. A slight force at the distal end allows for instantaneous circuit switching, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operation and precise limit feedback. 1. External Force Operation Specifications: Due to the extra-long metal lever arm and high sensitivity, it is strictly forbidden to bend or twist the lever forcefully. Do not subject it to lateral impact or heavy pressure on the lever plate to avoid deformation and misalignment of the internal spring. Parallel top-pressure triggering is preferred; unilateral tilting of the lever is prohibited.

2. Electrical Wiring Requirements: Strictly distinguish between the COM common terminal, NO normally open terminal, and NC normally closed three-pin terminals. Solder joints should not be too large or too long to prevent short circuits. Rated use should not exceed 5A 125VAC/3A 250VAC load. Overloading voltage and current is strictly prohibited to avoid contact arcing.

3. Installation Environment Control: The flame-retardant casing is only suitable for normal temperature operation. Do not immerse in water, oil, or corrosive gases for extended periods. Keep away from high-temperature heat sources and strong acids or alkalis. Tighten the mounting screws with moderate force to prevent cracking or damage to the casing.

Travel Limit Control: The extra-long lever has a large travel margin, and a reasonable top pressure clearance is reserved during equipment assembly to prevent mechanical parts from locking the lever throughout its travel, and to avoid the contacts being under constant pressure at their limit positions, thus preventing internal spring fatigue and shortening switch life.

5. Storage and Protection: Keep the storage environment dry and well-ventilated to avoid moisture oxidation of the pins and contacts; store unused products in a dust-proof environment to prevent dust from entering the housing and causing poor contact.
