Working environment:

●The upper limit of ambient air temperature is 40 ℃;

●The lower limit of ambient air temperature shall not be lower than - 5 ℃;

●The average value of ambient air temperature in 24 hours is not more than 35 ℃.

●Altitude: the altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.

●Humidity: when the highest temperature is 40 ℃, the relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 50%. When the temperature is lower, the relative humidity can be higher. The monthly average minimum temperature of the wettest month shall not exceed 25 ℃, and the monthly average maximum relative humidity of the month shall not exceed 90%. Due to the condensation on the product caused by temperature change, measures must be taken.

Main structure:

The Eot hoist-type limit switch is mainly composed of a contact group, a camshaft, a housing and other parts. The operating mechanism drives the camshaft to rotate to achieve contact breaking.
The contact group structure is a rotating double breakpoint.

Rod type, fork type and heavy hammer type travel switches can be installed with one or two groups of contact groups to form a single loop (one normally closed) or double loop (one normally open and one normally closed) opening and closing form. In practical application, users can change the contact opening and closing form as long as they adjust the cam angle according to their needs.

Four groups of contact groups can be installed at the same time for the rotary travel switch, so that it can have secondary protection when it rises or falls. In the practical application of rotary travel switch, if it is necessary to control the lift of the lifting mechanism, the lift of the lifting mechanism can be changed by pulling out the positioning pin, turning the nut and adjusting the screw nut mechanism.
